Thousands of red fish couples return from the world ocean to the streams and rivers were they have been once born.
Through the endless coasts and stones, nevertheless huge waves and waterfalls, high tides
and low tides each fish finds her own way to the stream to give birth to her babies and finally dies.
The way of the salmon starts deep in the ocean, were people on boats and ships try hard to catch thousands of them.
Those who somehow survive gather into enormous shoals and get ready for their fish wedding.
Fishermen catch them here a lot too, but the rest continue to swim up the stony rivers deep into the mountains.
Most of them die there and then forest streams remind of pots full of boiling fish, but still alive.
They struggle with death, twist and swim further, and very soon get into the bear's sharp claws.
Still someone reaches peaceful places to fill the water with thousands of babies.
So the great mystery of nature leads the salmon’s way...
